Based on pure sports science, I will design functional fitness training programs & basic nutritional guidelines to enhance athletic performance, health & recovery.
There are movements in these programs that you have seen and some that you haven’t seen. My goal is to keep you at the top of your game by creating a workout routine that will be changing and challenging.
