The Minimalist is a 4 week ‘Bodyweight Only’ fitness program consisting of a four day training split. Designed for those who don’t enjoy: taking gym selfies, unnecessary barbell drops on the floor, heavy grunting or shitty treadmills. This program aims to use minimal equipment and maximum effort.
