The Survivor is a 4 week ‘CrossFit based’ fitness program consisting of a four day training split. There are no Olympic movements in these workouts but all other CF theories and modalities will be utilized. This program is simply designed to prepare your body for the zombie apocalypse. Survival is the game so get ready to burpee, box jump & snatch your way to the zombie free zone.

Workouts will be designed and uploaded through the TrueCoach app. This app will allow you to see the workout of the day, video demos, rep ranges, weights and sets. It also has the function to record your progress over time.
